DANIEL LOGAN
Daniel Logan
lives in Houston with his wife, Connie. His writing incorporates
his love of the ancient cultures and the red-rock terrain of the
American Southwest. His fascination with astronomy, aviation and
science is reflected in his work.
His
soon to be available third novel, The Spirit Gate,
concludes his Ancient Secrets series of books. The premise of
the confluence of Ancient Mythology, Science and Faith in one of
the great stellar gates was inspired by the brilliant canopy of
stars over the Texas skies.
A native of
Indiana, Logan studied his craft in a creative writing program
at Butler University and by attending various conferences and
workshops. He led the Noble Writers, a group of writing
associates in Noblesville for ten years.
In addition
to his Ancient Secrets series of three novels, Logan has had
many short stories published in anthologies and periodicals,
including Route 66 Magazine. Logan has several projects in the
mill, his next one being The Time Capsule, a story about
pre-adolescent boys burying a time capsule filled with their
dreams and aspirations only to unearth it many years later and
find that all had come true but in a manner different than
expected.
Logan
conducts workshops on fiction writing and becoming published. If
you would like to schedule him for an author's presentation or a
